Job summary

We seek a Service Manager to oversee a small branch, drive high-quality service, and lead a team of technicians to meet client needs across our Southeast footprint. Responsibilities include quoting, scheduling, procurement, and coordinating work orders to ensure timely delivery and optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a service leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training Program Completion.
• Occasional Travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages a team of Service Technicians at a small branch, ensuring high-quality service and support to clients.
• Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce; advocates for maintenance contracts and equipment replacements.
• Manages scheduling with the service coordinator; procures equipment, materials, and subcontracts; coordinates deliveries to optimize cost and progress.
• Supports Technicians with technical problem solving and material delivery; ensures notes are accurate before invoicing.
• Monitors and improves branch performance by following best practices, managing KPIs, daily ticket reviews, and dispatch procedures.
