Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Service Manager in Snellville, GA for a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of service and tire technicians. You will drive performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the General Manager on hiring, and manage shop operations, workflow, and safety. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays are required.

Your Role as a Service Manager:

As a Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

What You'll Do:

• Management experience with strong leadership skills.

• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
