Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire business, is seeking a Service Manager in Mableton, GA. You will lead a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing bay workflow, and maintaining safety and communication with customers. Experience in automotive service and strong leadership are required, with Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service/repair (certifications preferred).
• Management experience with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional outdoor conditions.

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
