Job summary
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM on Long Island, NY, seeks an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with service writer/advisor experience. Full-time role offering a weekly pay of $600–$800 plus potential commission, benefits, and growth opportunities.
You will assist the Service Manager in running a high-volume shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating revenue, and coordinating with parts and other departments to maintain efficiency and quality service.
Qualifications
- Required: Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience.
- Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
- Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Communicate with customers and explain maintenance and repair services.
- Create estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate reporting of timecards and work orders, and help with parts requests.
- Maintain a professional and organized shop environment and support other departments as needed.
- Comply with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
