Job summary

Tulsa Winch Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead the Service Department in our Oklahoma facility.

You will oversee warranty work, parts orders, returns, and customer concerns while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to resolve quality issues. The role requires 2-5+ years of supervisory experience in geared, technical, or hydraulic applications, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5+ years of successful supervisory experience.
• History of working with geared, technical, and/or hydraulic applications.
• Must be able to travel as required and/or directed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operation of the Service Department including warranty work, parts orders, returned goods, and resolving customer concerns.
• Manages daily work, direction, mentoring, training, and evaluation of assigned department employees.
• Works with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to resolve warranty and/or quality concerns.
• Keeps accurate, detailed records of service calls, sales orders, RMAs, warranties and credits.
• Provides customer training on TWG product applications as needed.
• Under ISO procedures, initiates action to prevent problems, documents quality problems, contributes to problem solutions, verifies implementation, and protects the environment.

This position reports to the Manager, Quality & Safety with responsibilities to provide technical support to customers for warranty and service on TWG products.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily operation of the Service Department which includes but is not limited to: warranty work, parts orders, returned goods, and resolving customer concerns.
• Manages the daily work, overall direction, mentoring, training, and evaluation of assigned department employees.
• Works with engineering, manufacturing, sales to resolve warranty and/or quality concerns.
• Keeps accurate, detailed records of service calls, sales orders, RMA's, warranties and credits according to company practices.
• Provides customer training on TWG product applications as needed.
• This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Required:

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5+ years of successful supervisory experience, or combination of education and experience.
• History of working with geared, technical, and/or hydraulic applications.
• Must be able to travel as required and /or directed.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
