I-State Truck Center, part of Interstate Companies, Inc., is hiring a Service Manager to lead the Heavy-Duty Truck Service Shop in Sioux City, Iowa. The role focuses on service department leadership, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction to improve shop profitability.

Ideal candidates bring experience as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader, with strong knowledge of truck or diesel service operations, and proven leadership and communication skills. 5S/Lean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Service Manager leads the Service Department by driving performance, growing service revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in Fixed Operations and partners closely with leadership to support business growth.
