• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including shop management software, email, and scheduling systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:

• CDL
• ASE certifications
• Diesel/heavy-duty certifications
• Trailer repair experience

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THIS MANAGEMENT ROLE?

As our Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily shop operations, serving as the primary connection between customers and technicians while ensuring every repair moves efficiently from start to finish. Your day may begin by greeting customers and writing service orders before preparing estimates, coordinating parts orders, assigning work based on technician skill sets, and monitoring productivity throughout the shop. You'll keep customers informed, address concerns with professionalism, verify completed repairs meet quality standards, process billing and payments, and oversee scheduling and workflow to ensure trucks and trailers are repaired correctly and returned on time.
