Job summary

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the service center, including revenue, sales, profit, HR, training, and compliance.

The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring exceptional service for customers and team members while aligning with our vision and core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include industry experience (preferred) and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication is required.
• Conflict resolution and multitasking are essential for day-to-day operations.
• Ability to operate internal applications like Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to pass licensing exams as required.
• Must be available for a 40-hour work week and after-hours as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations and ensure service quality.
• Manage technicians, appointments, vehicles, uniforms, product and paperwork.
• Coach and train team; provide coverage in the field as needed.
• Assist Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals.

Nader's Pest Raiders is looking to hire a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE MANAGER

As a Service Manager, you will have many responsibilities to ensure that you and your team are successful in daily activities. Multi-tasking and organizational skills will be key. These activities include ensuring that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets. They will check in with you daily where you will verify that they have their vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order. Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication will ensure your team and customers have an awesome experience with every interaction. As a seasoned technician, you will offer coaching, training, and support. You are not afraid to get dirty and can spend considerable time in the field assisting your team and providing coverage. Ultimately, you will be assisting the Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Effectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results

• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week,
• Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Possess current Driver's License
• High school degree or equivalency, college preferred
