Job summary

Nader's Pest Raiders, part of Arrow Exterminators, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL to provide frontline service support and administrative assistance for internal and external Service Center customers.

You will handle inbound and outbound communications, schedule service, process payments, update customer files, and help ensure a high quality, friendly experience for every caller and visitor.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via inbound calls.
• Assist in scheduling service, collecting payments, and updating customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet monthly service center goals.

Nader's Pest Raiders is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue. Whether you assist in scheduling service, collecting payment, or updating customer files, you put the minds of our customers at ease. Additionally, you will work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. We work in a team atmosphere that strives to meet the service center's goals each month.
