Job summary

Gallo Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our expanding HVAC and plumbing service team. This field-based leadership role requires regular on-site presence to supervise work quality, guide technicians, and ensure adherence to standards.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and suppliers, upholding professionalism and clear communication on every engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related trade.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC and plumbing principles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead a diverse team.
• Comfortable using standard business software and dispatch/ERP tools.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
