Job summary

Fairstead in New Jersey is seeking a Service Manager – Repair & Maintenance to oversee repair and maintenance of property buildings and ensure timely installation of mechanical equipment. You will supervise maintenance staff and lead special projects while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in property maintenance, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi Software and Realpage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Knowledge and experience using a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Great organization and project management skills.
• Able to implement and improve policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Being knowledgeable in Yardi Software and Realpage a plus.

Service Manager – Repair & Maintenance

The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of property buildings. They ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead’s property to ensure operational effectiveness. The Service Manager oversees the operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through inspection and repair and ensures that property’s premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic in alignment with Fairstead safety policies and standards.

Salary Range: $26 – $31 USD
