As Service Manager, you’ll be the person who turns safety standards, customer promises, and technician expertise into real‑world outcomes every single day. Your leadership directly impacts whether customers feel confident in their propane systems and whether technicians go home safe at the end of each shift. If you care deeply about safety, operational excellence, and building teams that customers trust, this role gives you real accountability and real influence.
Within your first 90 days, you’ll have a well‑organized service operation where technicians know their schedules in advance, service tickets are completed accurately and on time, inventory is controlled with minimal waste, and safety procedures are consistently followed. Your team will know what “great work” looks like and customers will feel it through reliable service and clear communication.
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience
