Job summary

Cintas Corporation in San Antonio, TX seeks a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team and drive service excellence. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, and driving safe, high-quality service that meets customer expectations.

You will manage budgets, achieve sales and payroll goals, provide hands-on support by accompanying service reps or visiting customers, drive company vehicles, and ensure timely pickup/delivery and world-class goodwill with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer-facing Service team and manage hiring, performance, and overall team performance.
• Provide leadership to foster a safe working environment and ensure high customer satisfaction; resolve customer-related issues.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals and manage budgets; drive operational excellence.
• Provide hands-on support to direct reports, accompany service representatives or visit customers to assist pickups/deliveries; drive a company vehicle.

Job Description

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
