Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee takeout operations and guest entry experiences. You will assist in managing shift operations and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, contributing to timely, high-quality service.

You will help create legendary guest experiences, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous staff training to support restaurant goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience required.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.
