Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead shift managers, servers, bartenders and service staff. You’ll partner with the general manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game, drive guest engagement, and monitor guest-related metrics to create legendary experiences.

If you have 3 years of management in foodservice and a solid knowledge of labor laws, safety, and food handling, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and champion change.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and service staff.
• Partner with General Manager to ensure top restaurant performance.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
