Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Service Manager to oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience, and to assist in managing shift operations while coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. The role focuses on delivering legendary guest experiences and upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.
