Job summary

Sonsray seeks a Service Manager in El Paso, TX to oversee service operations and maximize ROI across the department. You will optimize processes, recruit and develop staff, drive customer satisfaction, and manage expenses effectively.

Responsibilities include budgeting, warranty handling, staff leadership, and safety compliance. A strong track record in heavy equipment service and local travel readiness is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service management or leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, diesel, or related service environments.
• Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience with warranty administration and manufacturer compliance preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits and business development activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of service operations, aiming to maximize return on investment. This includes optimizing Service Department processes to ensure exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction, driving profitable service labor sales, maintaining rigorous expense control, and effectively recruiting, developing, and retaining high-caliber personnel.
