We are seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Service are delivered to our guests. If you are passionate about people and guest experience, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Service Manager
  1. Driving sales, guest satisfaction, and steps of service
  2. Enforcing employment policies, overseeing cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety
  3. Providing or directing Front of House training
  4. Managing employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  5. Managing liquor orders and controlling costs
  6. Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  7. Developing key employees through feedback and coaching
  8. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
  9. Scheduling staff and assigning tasks
  10. Creating a fun and safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
  11. Practicing safe food handling procedures
