Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team in Idaho. You will hire, coach, and manage performance, foster a safe work environment, and resolve customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction and meeting service goals.

Responsibilities include guiding sales techniques, achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll targets, and managing budgets. Travel to customer sites and hands-on support with staff are expected to ensure world-class service and goodwill.

Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
