RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional services are needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Execute oil changes and tire rotations according to manufacturer specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience as an auto lube technician
• Knowledge of lube jobs, automotive repair, and maintenance
• Fast learner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license
