Job summary

Burlington Subaru is seeking a customer-focused service lot attendant to greet customers, direct them to the service write-up area, and prepare vehicles for service. The role involves vehicle tagging, mats and seat cover installation, and proper parking.

You will keep the lot tidy and assist with loaner cars, including washing and fueling. Experience in customer service and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Adaptable with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, listening.
• Promote a positive image and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area and direct them to the service-write up area; tag vehicles and install mats and seat covers; park vehicles properly.
• Maintain an organized lot for easy access; remove debris and snow as needed.
• Manage loaner cars: wash, fuel, park in designated area; report repairs to management.
• Perform drive-through alignment checks and provide color alignment printouts to Service Consultants while customers are in the office.
• Clean, wash and detail customer vehicles; maintain service drive cleanliness as needed.
