Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of experience in SLO management and customer/service coordination. Security clearance will depend on position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience tracking, reporting on, and improving SLOs in a technical organization.
• Strong customer and service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and report on SLOs to meet customer commitments.
• Track performance and recommend service delivery improvements.
• Establish and monitor SLOs with stakeholders to define appropriate service levels.
• Develop and implement SLO measurement and reporting processes; analyze trends.
• Work with technical teams to address service level breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular service reviews with customers and present SLO performance.
