Job summary

Heichel Plumbing Inc. in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Plumber Service Foreman to lead our residential and light commercial service team. You will manage field crews, respond to service calls, and ensure work meets company standards.

This leadership, hands-on role requires strong problem-solving, customer service, and a solid knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprints. A minimum of 5+ years in plumbing service is required, with foreman experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing service and repair experience required.
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing.
• Experience with re-pipes and change-outs (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing service technicians in the field.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls and job assignments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes.
• Train and mentor helpers and service plumbers.
• Communicate with customers, office staff, and vendors.
• Review completed work for accuracy and quality.

Position Requirements
