Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and document vehicle condition
• Review vehicle history and maintenance records to identify factory-recommended services
• Coordinate multi-point inspections and document findings
• Keep customers informed by updating wait times and service status
• Present maintenance and service recommendations clearly and confidently
• Obtain customer authorization and handle accurate quoting
• Deliver completed vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane
• Scan and organize daily service and parts documents
• Monitor recall campaigns and contact customers as needed
• Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow

Quick Lane Service Advisor

We are seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery—no automotive experience needed, just a great attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet

• Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document vehicle condition

• Review vehicle history and maintenance records to identify factory-recommended services
• Perform multi-point inspections (or coordinate with technicians) and accurately document findings

• Keep customers informed by proactively updating wait times and service status

• Present maintenance and service recommendations clearly and confidently to customers
• Obtain customer authorization and handle accurate quoting

• Deliver completed vehicles to customers and stage under service canopy

• Deliver completed vehicles with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane

Administrative & Support Duties

• Scan and organize daily service and parts documents

• Monitor recall campaigns and contact customers as needed

• Complete outbound call campaigns from OEM-provided lead lists

• Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow
