Job summary

You will drive and park customer vehicles, help with the service drive, maintain clean, organized areas, and work with a friendly, professional team. A high school diploma is required; dealership or customer service background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dealership, porter, valet, or customer service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the Service Department promptly and professionally.
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles as directed by the Service Department.
• Assist customers with basic directions and dealership amenities.
• Help maintain an organized service drive by keeping traffic flowing and staging vehicles.
• Handle customer vehicles with care, following dealership procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle placement, cleanliness, and organization around service lanes and customer areas.
• Assist with transporting vehicles, customers, or dealership items as needed.
• Support Service Advisors, technicians, and managers with daily needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members about vehicle status and service lane priorities.
• Keep customer-facing areas clean, safe, and presentable.
