Job summary

The Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Lane Manager to lead a high‑performing service lane at our Fred Anderson Hyundai location. You will drive efficiency, profitability, staffing, and customer satisfaction while ensuring accurate service records and warranty compliance.

Responsibilities include forecasting department goals, hiring and coaching staff, managing the annual budget, maintaining reporting systems, and developing a marketing plan to grow new and repeat

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• 4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Maintains reporting systems required by management and the factory.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
• Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and manufacturer warranty policies.
