Qualifications

• 8+ years in Infrastructure Engineering Support, Cloud Technologies, System Administration, or Systems Architecture in Health Tech/Med device environments.
• Strong IT knowledge: virtualization, SQL, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Citrix.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a global, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Rhapsody and XML/DICOM interfaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of complex infrastructure solutions aligned to client requirements and business objectives.

Serves as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on infrastructure strategies, emerging technologies, and solution roadmaps that support informed decision-making.* Drives the implementation, integration, and optimization of advanced infrastructure environments, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to define system architectures, recommend deployment strategies, and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.* Functions as a senior technical expert responsible for troubleshooting highly complex infrastructure issues, conducting in-depth root cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Performs advanced testing, validation, and performance optimization activities to maximize system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.* Establishes and maintains robust configuration management, version control, and governance processes that ensure consistency, traceability, and stability across infrastructure environments. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
