Job summary

A service and repair company in Temecula is seeking skilled technicians for on-site installation and maintenance of equipment. Ideal candidates will have troubleshooting abilities, experience with service equipment, and a technical background. You will be responsible for diagnosing errors, producing service reports, and building strong customer relationships. Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and test service equipment.
• Flexible in work shifts and schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools is beneficial.
• Technical degree or certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and document solutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Service sold equipment ensuring proper function, using software when available.
• Operate forklifts safely and use field automation systems (after Forklift Certification is complete).
• Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ensure all parts pictured are included.

• Operate forklifts safely and use field automation systems (after Forklift Certification is complete)
