Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring an installation technician to join our Delphos team in Ohio. You will support the installation process, organize materials, and coordinate on-site activities with managers to ensure timely, efficient project completion.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers. A high school diploma and knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems are preferred, with ample room for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, transport refrigeration, or electrical systems is preferred.
• Experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment repair, or light-duty mechanics is beneficial.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Good communication with customers and team members is essential.

Thermo King is hiring a installation technician to join our organization in Location, Delphos Ohio.

What you will do:

• Maintaining a clean and reliable installation.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean efficient workspace.
• Work with Managers to prepare for future installations, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work as necessary.

We always work towards building Knowledge. Our goal is to grow our installers into service techs.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of mechanical, transport refrigeration, and/or electrical systems.
• Experiences may include Diesel engines; Heavy equipment repair; or Light duty mechanics
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle or free objects.
• Use computers for web-based training and work order system
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Ability to retain knowledge of standard operating procedures and follow verbal and written instructions
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $26.05 - $45.58 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
