Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service and customer support during service calls.
• Troubleshoot, test, and repair gates, gate operators and related equipment.
• On-site installation and maintenance.
• Produce detailed service reports and maintain documentation.
• Operate vehicles and machinery in a safe manner.
• Stock and organize truck inventory.
• Follow company procedures and protocols.
• Gather supplies/equipment as needed to complete each job.
• Maintain professionalism at all times and communicate with management.
• Additional duties upon request.

We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and perform a variety of tasks as a field service technician/install technician. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing superior service/customer support during service calls
• Troubleshooting, testing, repairing gates, gate operators and other related equipment
