Job summary

Electric Pump, LLC is seeking a Service Inside Sales professional to directly assist customers with repair and warranty needs. You will quote repairs, process work tickets, and invoice for services, while coordinating with service technicians and the Outside Sales team.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a busy shop environment with safety considerations. Health, retirement, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales support experience.
• CRM and ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer repair quotes.
• Organize and entry of work tickets from service technicians.
• Invoice and communicate with customers for repair work and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate tracking of agreements provided to assist Outside Sales group.
• Files and monitors warranty claims made to our vendors.
• Manages workflow in the Service department.
• Provide assistance to Aftermarket Sales and Project Management group when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Service Inside Sales would work directly with our customers in satisfying their repair and warranty needs promptly. They would need to be able to work with the other service team members for repair quoting, work ticket entry, and customer invoicing. This role would also promptly file warranty claims with our suppliers and monitor warranty fulfillment status.

Essential Functions

• Prepare customer repair quotes

• Manages workflow in the Service department

Work Environment

• This job operates in a typical shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. There is also frequent use of power tools including saws and forklift. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of sales support experience

• Post-Secondary education in a Business degree field
• Three (3) years of sales support experience
