Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Greeter at Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton in Beaverton, OR. This full-time role greets customers, screens calls, and directs inquiries to the correct service staff.

You will maintain logs, take messages, and ensure cordial, efficient communications with customers throughout their visit. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years in a greetings or customer service role, clear speaking ability, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Greeter or in a related customer service position.
• Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.
• Ability to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Intercepts all incoming calls and determines whether the person being called should be interrupted.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the answering time and the time they are put on hold.
• Take thorough messages, including the caller's first and last name, company name if applicable, time, and the message.
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Provide very basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Serve as service center greeter (i.e. when customer is not met by a Service Advisor and direct to appropriate persons as necessary.
• Update and distribute company telephone roster when necessary.
• Maintain Phone log daily.
• Maintain customer name file daily.
• File repair orders daily.
• Special projects as assigned.
