Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group in Tennessee seeks an energetic Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for guests bringing in vehicles for maintenance and repairs. You will create an inviting and professional experience, greet customers, assist with service drive tasks, and support the service team.

Qualifications

• Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities suited to customer service.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, bi-lingual is a plus.
• Assist and greetcustomers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Move the customer’s vehicle from the service drive
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the service lane.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests.
• Support the service team by guiding vehicles from the service drive to the lot or bays.
• Communicate service needs and wait-time expectations to customers.
