Mossy Automotive Group in Chula Vista, CA is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to support repair and maintenance tasks and to earn while you learn in a hands-on role.

The position emphasizes inspections, servicing fluids, tire care, alignments, and lubrication tasks as part of a team delivering reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Great attitude with high energy.
• Prior experience as a lube technician (preferred).
• Valid California driver's license required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection.
• Recommends services based on findings from a thorough inspection.
• Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering, reservoir, transmission, etc.
• Check air pressure of tires; replace tires as needed.
• Perform 4 wheel alignment on Hunter equipment.
• Able to perform execute fluid flushes.
• Lubricates moving parts with specific lubricants.
• Drain oil from the crankcase and refill with required amount.
• Specific responsibilities included but not limited.

The Service Express Technician Position will be paid a base hourly wage range of $17.75/hr to $20.00/hr.
