ESSA Bank & Trust is seeking an Express Maintenance Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, perform inspections, and ensure fluid levels meet quality standards while delivering top‑notch customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, has at least one year of experience, and possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. State certification is a plus and a proactive team player is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to deliver world‑class customer service and work well in a fast‑paced team.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles as assigned, including tire rotations, multi‑point inspections, and fluid checks.
• Monitor oil, tire pressure, filters, fluids, transmission/differential fluids, and engine coolant to ensure vehicle safety and performance.

We are looking for a dedicated Express Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Lube Technician services vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures, which includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. He or she checks the oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience. Some automotive training and/or experience with automotive repair is a plus. An unrestricted driver’s license, a clean driving record, and eagerness to get the job done are required. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast‑paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service. State‑certified inspectors a plus. As well as other duties as assigned.
