Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate (Remote) to train external clients on multiple product offerings and to facilitate virtual instructor-led training.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of materials, develop content, and contribute to training revenue. This is a remote role open to applicants in the United States with a salary range of $60,000-$65,000 and eligibility for an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of training curriculum delivery for adult learners, healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and video platforms; capable of research and data interpretation.
• Ability to write clear explanations and engaging course content for professionals.

Service Excellence Associate (Remote)

This is a remote position open to any qualified candidate living in the United States.

Purpose:

We design and deliver relevant and engaging content that increases healthcare industry knowledge and develops technical and soft skills that promote career development at all levels.

Essential Functions:

• Leading the effort of training external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitating virtual instructor led training.
• Assisting in creation of new products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related discipline. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project related field. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Salesforce, and Excel). Utilization of video platforms to leverage external training capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation and manage project.
• Ability to conduct research, collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering and interpreting relevant data.
• Ability to write clear, concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
