Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate for a remote position open to qualified candidates in the United States. The role focuses on delivering training to external clients across product offerings and facilitating virtual instructor-led sessions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field, at least two years of experience delivering adult training, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce to support training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort of training external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitating virtual instructor led training.
• Assisting in creation of new products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.
