Job summary

Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Estimator to join our team servicing Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami areas. You will identify roofing issues, develop accurate estimates, and help expand our service and maintenance business.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in residential or commercial roofing, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and excellent communication skills. The role involves estimating, proposals, and customer-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential or commercial roofing experience.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, leak detection, repairs, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with computers, email, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections to identify leaks, damage, maintenance needs, and repair opportunities.
• Prepare detailed estimates for roofing repairs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop professional proposals, inspection reports, and recommendations for customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, HOAs, and commercial clients.
• Assist customers with managing roofing portfolios and preventative maintenance programs.
• Present repair solutions, estimates, and service recommendations to customers and decision-makers.
• Follow up on proposals, maintain customer communication, and help generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and field crews to ensure project execution.
• Assist service crews in the field when necessary.
• Participate in safety meetings and promotional activities.

Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focusedRoofing Service Estimator to join our growing team serving thePompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami areas.

This position is ideal for a roofing professional who understands roof repairs, maintenance programs, and estimating while enjoying building strong customer relationships.

You will work closely with our Service Manager and field teams to identify roofing issues, develop accurate estimates, prepare professional proposals, and help expand our service and maintenance business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections to identify leaks, damage, maintenance needs, and repair opportunities.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proficiency with computers, email, and estimating software.

• Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record.

• Ability to perform roof inspections, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
