Job summary

Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Estimator to join our team serving the Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami areas. This role will focus on inspections, estimates, and proposals while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential or commercial roofing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, leak detection, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Experience preparing roofing estimates, proposals, and inspection reports.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and estimating software.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform roof inspections, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
