Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineering Manager to lead DCS service engineers in Lansdale, PA. The role focuses on safety, technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DCS service engineers.
• Manage workload planning, resource allocation, and skills development to meet service commitments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding service performance, lifecycle planning, and modernization options.
• Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, and optimization services for DCS platforms.
• Conduct periodic service reviews and develop long‑term service strategies that align with customer goals.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, upgrades, and value‑added solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Engineering, Product Management, and other internal teams to align service offerings and support product lifecycle needs.
• Support the development and execution of service agreements, including scope definition, pricing, and renewal strategy.
• Manage service budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Ensure profitable and efficient delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline).
• 7+ years of experience with DCS, PLC/SCADA, or industrial automation systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering or technical service teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networks, control system architecture, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Responsiveness to after‑hours customer inquiries is required.
