Join Philips as a Remote Service Engineer, where you will leverage cutting-edge remote access technologies to provide exceptional technical support for Philips Ultrasound products, improving healthcare outcomes globally.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm ET

Your Role
  • Serve as a trusted Philips representative, delivering telephone and remote technical support to healthcare customers and field partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer service issues using remote access tools, minimizing the need for on-site service calls.
  • Escalate complex product issues for further evaluation and resolution by advanced support teams.
  • Drive productivity through innovative problem-solving, process improvements, and application of technical expertise.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You're The Right Fit If
  • You have 5+ years of ultrasound experience, specifically with Philips systems.
  • Your skills include computer networking (preferred) and exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
  • You possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent; a Technical Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • You can perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • You are an expert in MS Office and CRM platforms and have a knack for authoring technical solutions.
How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Home-based role.

Philips Transparency Details
  • The pay range varies by location, e.g., $33.57 - $57.55/hour in AZ, AR, ID, etc., up to $39.58 - $67.85/hour in MA, NJ, CA, etc.
  • The actual pay depends on experience, knowledge, location, and other factors.
  • Additional compensation may include bonuses, stock plans, and benefits, including PTO, 401k, HSA, and more.
