About The Role

As an IT Service Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the business, helping resolve IT queries and acting as a point of contact. Your responsibilities include providing technical support to colleagues, monitoring ticket queues, adhering to Service KPIs, and complying with departmental processes.

Responsibilities

1. Use Service Desk solutions to log and resolve customer calls.
2. Manage incidents through triage, resolution, and documentation.
3. Answer business IT queries via Teams and phone.
4. Update the knowledge base with relevant resolution information.
5. Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
7. Install and configure end-user computing devices.
8. Ensure compliance with IT SLAs.
9. Monitor the health of essential systems within the organization.
10. Escalate incidents to IT Service Analysts and other teams as needed.
