Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Entry-level Service Engineering professional to gain product knowledge, stay in close contact with field teams, perform basic diagnostics, and analyze design/system issues across the US and Canada. You may repair, install or design equipment and tools, contributing to field service support.

The role requires a high school diploma and HVAC experience, with preference for a bachelor’s in building HVAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction/Building HVAC (preferred)
• Strong problem solving and planning skills
• Ability to read and understand scope of work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience dealing with multiple challenges and disciplines
• Customer-centric, team-oriented mindset

About this Role

Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
