This is an office‐based role focused on providing administrative and phone support to field service teams and customers, with an emphasis on responsive troubleshooting and coordination in time‐sensitive situations. You will work across hardware, software, networking, and control systems to support services tied to technologies such as Series Capacitors, Static VAR Compensators, STATCOM, substations, synchronous condensers, and HVDC converter stations. The role involves close coordination with commissioning teams, engineers, project managers, suppliers, and customers to help keep critical grid assets operating reliably. You will also contribute to system knowledge transfer by supporting internal training efforts and helping evolve service processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
