JOB TITLE

Service Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

Perform engineering tasks as required to ensure proper system operability and completionofassigned projects or work orders in a timely manner. Typical tasks are; as builtdocumentation, wiring diagrams, programming, graphic creations, onsite big picture andlimited troubleshooting. Provide remote troubleshooting support for customers as required.This is a exempt salaried position (no overtime).

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of HVAC DDC Control Theory & Applications
• Proficient with Alerton/Tridium Programming
• Experience with electronics and electrical circuits
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Computer hardware and software skills
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Strong communications and interactive skills

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

• AA degree in applied technology (preferred)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• HVAC and/or Mechanical systems experience
• Computer programming experience
• Troubleshooting experience
