Job summary

Carrier is seeking an entry-level Service Engineer to support field operations across the US and Canada. You will develop product knowledge, communicate with field teams, perform basic diagnostics, and help resolve design/system issues. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, HVAC industry exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of HVAC industry experience in a technical support role.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
• Strong problem solving and planning skills.
• Ability to read and understand scope of work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience dealing with multiple simultaneous challenges across disciplines.
• A true team player who has the customer’s best interests first.

About This Role

Entry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues. Will cover US and Canada

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
