Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Entry-level Service Engineering professional to develop product knowledge, communicate with field teams, and perform basic diagnostics to support design/system issue resolution. Will cover US and Canada.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in HVAC in a technical support role, and 1+ years using Microsoft Office. A clean MVR is necessary, with a preferred Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction fields.

About This Role

Entry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues.

Will cover US and Canada

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
• Strong problem solving and planning skills.
• Ability to read and understand scope of work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.
• A true team player who has the customer’s best interests first and foremost

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
