Job Summary

The Service Electrician is primarily responsible for installing and/or repairing electrical issues within Expand operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Evaluates electrical problems and takes corrective action
Makes connections to fixtures and power equipment
Installation of control and distribution apparatus
Testing circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety
Ordering of electrical parts used for equipment
Inspects installed equipment to ensure proper and safe operation
Follows all lock out / tag out procedures required by company policy
Regularly works overtime and is on call 24 hours per day
Travel to multiple areas to support all company interests
Frequent contact with other drilling personnel and external contact with vendors

Job Specific Skills

Education & Experience

Minimum: two years of prior experience as an electrician

Additional Qualifications

Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-mile radius of the Mansfield Field Office (1970 Highway 84, Mansfield, LA 71052) to be considered for this position.
