Kolb Electric, Inc. is seeking qualified Service and Service Project Electricians for our Baltimore Area Servicing Location.

The team offers growth opportunities into estimation, supervision, or management as part of a supportive organization. Requirements include a minimum of 8 years electrical experience across commercial, residential, and property management environments; license preferred (we assist in acquiring); and successful background/drug checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years electrical experience in commercial, residential or property management environments.
• Professional license preferred (we will assist in acquiring).
• Background and drug screen required.
• Ability to read prints or schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and service project electrical work in the Baltimore area.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential, and property management contexts.
• Read prints or schematics to execute wiring and installation tasks.
• Maintain safe work practices and accurate records; communicate effectively with team.
