Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in commercial, residential and property management environments.
• Professional license preferred; we will assist you in acquiring/licensing sponsorship.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles.
• Ability to read prints or schematics and wire to code.
• Proficiency with hand tools, voltmeter and ohmmeter.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and ensure safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and service project electrical work in the Baltimore area.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and read blueprints/schematics to install and repair systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and comply with NEC regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and provide reliable, high-quality workmanship.

• $30-$40 per hour based upon experience & licensing
